The goal is not to always brew the same beer. Of course there are some fixed values, but true to the 'craft-beer-revolution' (small, traditional and independent) we want to be creative and regularly brew and taste new surprising beers!
Eindelijk blond - Enfin Blonde
Eindelijk Blond is a straight golden to bronze colored beer with a creamy head. The different grains provide a full-bodied taste while the yeast provides the fruity character. Slightly hopped and around 7.5% ABV IBU:
Qi - vrée
This Saison with copper color has a nice full malty taste, a slightly fruity and slightly spicy nose.
This beer reveals flavors of melon, strawberries and pepper. And as befits a saison: a dry aftertaste and slight bitterness... All this finished with a creamy head.
Drink at a temperature of around 7°C.
IBU: 26 EBC: 33 7.2 ABV

FFB II. Limited editition
It is a bronze colored beer, fresh and pleasantly spiced with a slightly sweet aftertaste. Dry-hopped with huel melon and so we can taste melon and strawberry as fruity notes.
IBU: 30 EBC: 20 8.2 ABV
Created as a thank you and encouragement to my colleagues in intensive care during the 1st and 2nd wave (and hopefully not the 3rd).

N-IPA
Our N-IPA is a very refreshing India Pale Ale based on the basic recipe of our Enfin Blonde. However, it is packed with tropical fruit flavors like citrus, peach and even a hint of coconut. Naturally finished with a striking bitterness.
The beer contains 7.8% alcohol.

UMBRA
Our new brown beer, rich in flavour. It flirts with flavors of dark fruit and plum. Slightly spicy, little sweet, but typified by its roasted and chocolate malts.

Brown beer brewed in June 2022 for the inauguration of the monument in honor of 'Zwette Jean'.

PURSUIT of HOPPYNESS
This well-hopped, fruity beer has already been brewed twice in Limited Edition to accompany PP&Lo's life path! As usual with a creamy foam head and all the fruity scents and flavors that Nelson Sauvin has 'dry-hopping' in his march.
